Alan will cover the new administration’s take on employment law in this topic:

Legal Exchange: Employment Law Under the Trump Administration

When it comes to regulating the workplace, President Trump is striking off in his own direction. The NLRB, DOL and EEOC are beginning to turn too. The DOL has reopened its rulemaking process to reform the white collar exemptions. The NLRB looks to be reconsidering its stance on Section 7 rights in social media, workplace civility and class action waivers. Not to be outdone, the EEOC may be revamping its new EEO-1 form and is pressing forward on lawsuits to promote equal paid parental leave.
